Opened up unit to use for first time and there was no bag for unit inside

It is supposed to go to the middle of the pool and then finish cleaning by forming pie shaped movements halfway across the pol and back to the wall but it does not work on my round pool

The electrical cord coils when used then it cracks the insulation

There are faults in this design the wire should have a swivel at the robot so it doesnt twist
