I'm not a short person, 5'5, and this is pictured as allowing your legs to hang into the water in front of you. The exterior fabric was sewn upside down. Netting seat gets a wedgey once you get in. Float no good.

The outer shell is covered with fabric which is much more comfortable than smooth plastic
