Love the easy fill lid. Easily fillable without removing lid and very clever design.
Ordered yesterday afternoon. Arrived by lunchtime the next day. Good product.
Jug is a good size, it filters water. The jug is easy to refill and fits nicely in the fridge.
Refills are half the price of britta ones. Much better than brita. Fiddly bar indicator.
Cons
It filters 1 litre within 30 seconds or less, surely not possible to filter? The design of the filter jug is poor and clunky and doesn't hold a great deal of water. It does nothing to remove sediment in the water that is meant to be filtered. The spou... Read More

It needs soaking fully emmersed for 15 minutes in water to remove and settle any disruption from transit

Granted it is possible for the cartridge to become damaged if treated shoddily in transit

Would it not be more eco friendly to make reusable filter stones rather than just constant plastic cartridges that are thrown away
