One fills top part with water and after it has all filtered down to the bottom compartment it really has not fully gone here is always a couple of soup spoons full of water on the top compartment that doest seem to go down ever

Well that brings me to the second design fault the top compartment is not sealed so when pouring the filtered water on the last bit the little bit of water left on the top compartment goes through the unsealed part and mixes with the already filtered water leaving the water whith whatever bad flavour the tap water has thus me filtering it in the first instance

Also the cathces dont properly catch on the jug itself making the jug look and feel cheap

Great item but disappointed in such a large jug with very little water capacity

The indicator doesnt work though so have to keep a check on calendar for replacing the filter

Its great at doing the job easy to use clean change filter but its too large to fit in my fridge comfortably
