The lcd for displaying the days left till the filter needs to be changed malfunctioned and was unusable

Has cleaned up our tap water very well and is easy to use but the filter has only lasted for one month instead of the promised two months

One fills top part with water and after it has all filtered down to the bottom compartment it really has not fully gone here is always a couple of soup spoons full of water on the top compartment that doest seem to go down ever

Well that brings me to the second design fault the top compartment is not sealed so when pouring the filtered water on the last bit the little bit of water left on the top compartment goes through the unsealed part and mixes with the already filtered water leaving the water whith whatever bad flavour the tap water has thus me filtering it in the first instance
