Cons

The dumbbells offer too much resistance. The belt does not form to your body & therefore makes it hard to wear. Unable to participate in water aerobics due to the poor mechanics / designed.

Want a refund and a new package. Very disappointed.

These are soooo cheaply made. The material is awful and cheep. These are not worth $0.
