The taylor test kit seems to have pretty accurate readings.
Keep it consistent all the time. Ymmv. Piece of cake.
Bottom button has a countdown timer that allows the sensor to read when enough time has passed from dipping the strip.
Cons
results are inaccurate and unreliable. Read chlorine as 0.
This digital reader is worthless! Worthless investment. Do not waste your money. This thing is terrible, total wast of time and money. Totally useless. Next update (may 8, never heard from company again.
Code says something is wrong but no clear instructions for what to do. Sending it back for a full refund. Told me to call tech support.

I still use strips along side this because they provide a few additional parameters but i was always questioning my alkalinity reading abilities

With the meter sometimes the reading can very about 10 on the alkalinity reading when doing two strips back to back…

The first one i owned for eight years and left it with the hot tub when i moved
