 I've now tried most of the first page lifting straps on Amazon and come to the conclusion that none of them will last more than a couple years, and that you should really just think about these as a small on-going cost. These are cheap as dirt so I didn't expect much but I've routinely had more than 200kg on the bar with these, multiple times per week for months with absolutely no issues. They're also fairly comfortable for unpadded straps and I only get red marks and chafing at the very high end of my numbers. So for a cheap pair of lifting straps you could do much worse.I've added a video of these with me lifting 5 plates and showing no issues or red marks, and they're certainly capable of more. Absolutely recommended- just don't forget to work on your grip without these as well if you're training deadlift or any kind of weighted carry/walk as they're a fantastic aide but nobody wants to become dependent on straps.  Read Less
