Pros
I use them for romanian deadlifts and they work well. Use them for all kinds of grip related exercises, from deadlifted to dumbbell rows.
Cons
They are too thick for the average guy to get a good strong grip. Cut my wrists to pieces when used with heavier weights. The strap just digs into your wrist from the off making everything very uncomfortable.

As someone who doesnt like the cushioned version of lifting straps that most sellers sell nowadays these were exactly what i was looking for

Really simple but thats the way lifting straps should be

Also the fact they each strap has a label telling you which hand it should be is the icing on the cake
