Pros
As comfy as a weight belt can be. The belt take a few weeks getting used to in terms of releasing the buckle ect but come with ease once worn in. Cons- could be a little more comfier round the edges though.
Cons
Extremely disapointed with the product. Leather is so inflexible i had to get a neighbour to take it off. Will be ditching this.

I’m a 38 waist but 44 inches around my tummy so opted for the 3xl which is fine but could have gone down a size to be fair
