This coat is described as thick…it isn't. This product is extremely misleading and the sellers should be ashamed.

Although i had to reluctantly send this back the quality and service were outstanding
It looks like the photos the proportions are correct there are no obvious build quality issues and its comfortable and warm to wear
I ordered a small and it was too long for my son he is only about 5ft6 but the quality was well worth the money

Packaging they are packed in such a way that they fit into a medium sized box for shipping which creases them badly
Competitiveness
Only issue was it arrives tightly packaged in a plasic bag so it is creased

The creases dont fall out and after a number of different attempts to decrease both jackets we resorted to buying a clothes steamer which seems to have done the job this was an additional purchase which im not happy about having to do im sure over a period of time the creases may fall out naturally but we dont have 3 months for them to hang and decrease

Ive left it hanging in a wardrobe and im hoping the creases fall out under its own weight over the next few days as they used to do on my old wool coat

After returning the coat the money was back in my account within a couple of days so i really cant complain

Despite using the size guide and the recomendations from the comments going up one size was not enough need to go up one more size as it was simply to tight
