Pros
It's not always easy to find a product that matches the quality and specifications of the original, but the apt polyimide adhesive tape does just that. Good tape, decently thick, and the perfect width. Good quality tape.
It has great adhesion and can handle high temps while soldering or heat gun use. For usages like heat transfer vinyl or sublimation, it works amazingly well.
Keep the roll in wrapped in something, or in a ziplock bag to protect the edges from getting nicked. Easy to use for insulating the welded battery terminals.
Easy to remove and doesn't leave residue after removal. Doesn't stink. Then inspected it for any leftover materials talk to it and clean that up.
Cons
The greatest flaw is that it’s 2-3x too thin to be usable. It has no rigidity, folds over on itself immediately. Peeling it off the roll itself is mildly challenging.

Also the tape starts about an inch before the yellow pull tab

I kept trying to get my finger nail under the pull tab and then i hunted down the elusive beginning of the roll and found it way before the tab

Even though i did not need to i treated it like a window tent installation and if i saw a bubble i just poked it with a sharp point and then push the air out
