Pros

My issues are somehow perimenopause related along with minor anxiety. I take it at night, because it does contain melatonin. My symptoms of reflux seem to gradually be lessening.

Keeps my stomach calm at night. It really works for me to prevent my nightly g. Urd & acid reflux.

Cons

If you use it and develop ongoing loose stools/diarrhea, know that melatonin may be the problem. Tried this to no avail.
