I found it nice it is sweet but most preworkout drinks are
I normally just like to use preworkouts with higher caffeine levels but recently ive found myself appreciated the lower 200mg preworkouts
Honestly its hard beating this price for a pre workout with all other competitors on the market currently
And by “good” i mean actually good not “preworkout good” where a preworkout flavour is decent enough to not make me feel like chundering

It does wear off once you start exercising but i had to keep upping the weight in my warm up just to try and burn some of it off

In terms of performance to price for 20 quid 15 servings of a decent dose of creatine and citrulline is probably the best value for money you will get though you will need 2 scoops to achieve a significant effect on performance other than the beta alanine placebo anal itch and i’m not sure everyone is comfortable with blasting 400mg of caff in one glass

I did however notice that after maybe 510 mins of taking this i could feel an odd tingling sensation on both elbows of all places haha why the elbows i’m not sure
