The only disadvantage would be you need to pull the cable to connect it to the phone and because it is rough wood i am worried it will wear down the cable quickly so i had to put a protector to make it rub less

The angled rest charger that i bought with the watch allows the watch to slip off the magnetic charging coil so it never charges

I had to modify the hole for the charger but that was not an issue of manufacture as this was clearly stated that it was for the apple watch

I thought the phone would make it tip over but it actually held up quite well
