Pros
Leather band is more comfortable and looks much nicer than the plastic band. Makes sense, too many middlemen. I have decent sized wrist, and it appears it would fit well for all wrist sizes, unless it was a child.
Cons
The band has a loose fit on the watch. It is 3 months old and coming apart. It was returned within hours.
