Won’t work with macbook air. The picture doesn't show the end of the plug, again useless. Not a normal usb.
The product description is difficult to understand thunderbolt. Not. Probably should have looked deeper into the product. It seems convenient, but then it's not. Not a good product from apple.
Buyer beware. What a frustrating waste of money.

Im not going to ding the products star rating because the product listing is misleading which it is on two counts the thunderbolt 2 port was removed by apple years ago

We can only conclude that none of these are coincidences and that the apple employee responsible for the product description is either hating apple or hating amazon or both
