You can use this with the standard voice app on the iphone but you may get a little distortion if you do i would suggest using garage band and set the settings like they say in the instructions see photo

I dislike the fact i have to take my case off to use this but i have to do that with most 3rd party accessories that i have to plug in to the lightning jack so i won’t dock it any stars

For the normal user lolly could be challenging to setup properly

You have to switch to stereo mode one led lit every time you want to capture true immersive stereo which is inconvenient

The builtin iphone mic is mono only

As a side note lolly is an ms array midside and not xy which has a different stereo spread and the subbass below 80hz tends to get accentuated when you use lolly in mono mode

I always turn off the reverb which is another button press until the leds are lit green
