I had minor issues with two of them with one touch assist was turned on i had to access “settingsgtgeneralgtaccessibilitygttouch accommodations” to turn off with the other it had to be placed in recover mode to be reset again making sure my computer had the latest version of itunes httpssupport

I my ipad from amazon as refurbished product and unbeknownst to me this product was not returned to its factory setting and at some point the previous owner lost hisher cell phone and locked me out of my ipad
