Many companies will advertise gear as plug and play but the duet 2 is the only piece of equipment i own where this was actually the case

I called apogee for tech support and while they helped me to understand how maestro works which is totally confusing and there isnt a whole lot of content with detailed instructions as to what each setting means or does they never took care of the hum
