Pros

These are very strong struts for the money. Needed to add a piece of 1x to the inside to thoroughly attach the 3-hole bottom pivot.

Overall the product seems like a good value and seller is very responsive. Arrived as advertised (on-time, or even early), and works exactly as specified. These do the job and seem very sturdy and capable.

The struts hold the doors open very well. They are a lid-stay, hold the lid open, you have to push the lid down. Opens a 1/2” plywood outdoor tv cabinet. They work absolutely perfect for what i needed to keep the door lifted open.

Cons

One of the strut is broken not working properly. When opening, they offer some assistance but are in no way able to open the lid that i have weighed at 32-34lbs with two shocks.
