Cons
The clip just doesn't hold flat on the camera when you screw it tight on the phone. Also, it's just really bulky. The big problem for me though, is it is made out of a conductive metal.

Edit one star review use an ulanzi case with 17mm thread or small piece of electrical tape my lens holds up to daily use
17mm thread on small end to screw into clip provided or case i have my own
Price
It is relatively inexpensive yet provides a crystal clear zoom and is easy to clean and use
Bit expensive for the price but i guess that’s why is called professional macro lens
Competitiveness
The apexel macro lens is by far the best value for your dollar
Going cheaper will get you junk and going more expensive will get you a product only marginally better

My phone case is quite thin and i did not need to remove it to use this

If you have a thick or substantial phone case the clip may not fit well and you may need to remove the case

Theres dust covers for both sides a screw to adjust clip tension and the lens holder on the clip slides up an down to accommodate the lens placement on your phone

The first photo is just using the iphone the 2nd photo is the macro lens focus distance is about 134 from the object and the last photo is using the macro lens in combination with the 2x zoom on the iphone
