Pros

Only thing i would add is that i wish it came with an extra packet of kcl salt so you could make more of your own soaking solution. It really does the job. Easy use and accuracy makes my brew day that much more efficient. Worth a try.

Cons

Probe seems capable of 3 point calibration but only two solutions are provided. It is almost impossible to actually do the calibration. If you even so much as think about getting your hand anywhere near the probe to press the button after you see the ... Read More
