Pros

Simply plugged it in and programmed the remote. Worked on my 09 pontiac g6. Used it on a 2006 malibu ss.

Worked exactly as advertised. Worked as anticipated. Got a look at the guts.

For instance. Easy to setup/program. Simple to use. Easy clear instructions.

Auto starts, locks, trunks opens. Worth it just to get remote start back & save a trip, time and the $$$ to get a dealer to do it. Everything short of going to a locksmith or the dealership.

Cons

Turned off accessories. Tried to cycle locks & tried other butons. Held * thru first series of beeps flashes nothing. T tried again holding thru second series ofbeep. It works sometimes.

Checked the vin with the dealer since i didnt have the fobs

This did exactly what we needed it to do and the cost was so much less

So not bad for the price as cost 250

I have a 2011 chevy malibu that i purchased from a relative

The key fog that came with it has about 30ft range

I do not know the exact details but it is not a 100 replacement for a gm keyfob
