    For some reason the honda part has two squares cut out of the bracket for no apparent reason this bracket does not

    The upper alternator bolt ended up cross threading and ruining the bolt and built in nut in the stay

    Also the dealer near me wants 25 for the 2nd gen cl bracket and only 6 dollars for the one like this

    The factory bracket has a hole milled out of it which is where the failure tends to happen
