The battery pack was delivered on time and in good condition. Super easy to install.

Cons

Oem's software islaughably awful. Some of the batteries melt.

The battery lasted 2 1/2 years. That's less than the claimed 3-5 years. What's a dumb decision? Not any longer. Oh, well. I'm done with apc, frankly.
