Pros
The tea infuser seems so elegant and makes my tea time very enjoyable. The drip plates are adorable and handy. They work nicely and the top snaps on and stays put.
These are infinitely easier. Easy to use, easy to clean. The copper has a certain something that makes the tea feel just a bit better brewed.
These are the perfect size for a cuppa tea. Hook on the chain makes it easy to retrieve the pod when your steeping is over. Comes with measuring spoon and small holding dish.
I love loose leaf teas except when the tea escapes the infuser. The coppery-rose gold is a beautiful brownish color. The tea stays put more than any infused i previously had.
Cons
There is so much that escapes that it makes the tea gritty to drink. It doesn't infuse the tea well; requires agitation to do so. Did not come with the spoon as advertised.
The lid on this tea infuser has tiny inadequate clasps that are supposed to hold the lid on, but do not. The opening/closing mechanism is very flimsy. The lid is either too tight to remove but comes loose while it’s steeping so all the loose tea flows... Read More

The company seems to be a very customeroriented one and everything looks as though even the most british tea drinker would love it
Other brands that said they were stainless steel were actually made from lesser quality stainless
