Everything inside looks great. The wires are neatly organized as well. It works so much nicer than the included one. Works great, excellent packing, easy setup, clean looking.
The unit is easy to setup and comes with detailed instructions. As is with most electronic equipment, read the manual and don't skip the care and maintenance of the machine!

Cons
Very disappointed. Pretty worthless on the bench to me. Honestly, that's my fault for being inexperienced when i bought it.
The inside of the tubes of the desoldering tips oxidize easily in so the solder sticks to the inside and must be removed often. It melts through modern lower temp solders, but melting the original factory solder is something it just can't do.

Works really nice heats up fast vacuum pump is strong
I desoldered five 20 pin chips in about 8 mins after letting it warm upfor about ten minutes
Desoldering braid is asking for trouble on these old boards youll lift traces and cause damage quickly

As said this is an excellent unit for the price
After lots of searching and reading reviews this seemed to be the best choice and i can honestly say this is a great product for the price
For under 200 it paid for itself with one job
The controllers are 50 so i figure if i fix 3 the unit has paid for itself

I had a different brand that i bought and it only lasted a year
The unit for the price as compared to the high end brands it does a commendable job
Cant compare to the hakko or weller since ive not used them but those are in a whole different price universe

You will need to keep using the sponge mesh filter at the unit screw in to insure the nice hakko filter stays put

The hakko a1030 metal spring filters are longer and solder doesnt stick to them

Both of these possible issues can be fixed with a bit of simple tinkering if you dont mind voiding your warranty
