It came broken but parts are on the way

Customer service was good and prompt there was a rip in the foam and they offered to repair or replace the item and so asked for a replacement turn out 2nd one was also damaged this was quite disappointing but they offered us a discount so we took it and had the rip repaired

Works great as a stroller the instructions language is laughable

Great bike trailerstroller the straps are cheaply made but if you use care when doing them up and undoing them they are just fine

The instructions are not very good as the pictures are hard to see but you can watch a video on how to put it together if you cant figure it out

As far as putting it together it was fairly simple but we had trouble getting the break feature to work properly
