Pros
The rog is 1ms, 1440p 144hz g-sync, tn panel. Excludes all the smart tv garbage and focuses on gaming features. My only complaints about it are 1> the orange on-screen interface is not particularly attractive.
The osd sidekick app works great for adjusting your monitor settings. Screen takes a little fiddling to get it just perfect once you plug it in. I prefer a little on the warmer side with the brightness turned down.
This is a quality ips panel so the colors are great out of the box but when you have 10bit working properly it's just that much better. No dead pixels. Overall aesthetic is pleasing as well.
The build quality is definitely top notch with nearly the whole stand being metal, so it's extremely sturdy. It does take up quite a bit of desk area so i suggest wall mounting it.
Cons
Gigabyte's customer support is probably the worst i've ever had to deal with. Luckily i had a warranty is what i would like to say, i have a warranty but gigabyte's customers are terrible.

The chg70 also has freesync and 144hz so it's a no-brainer to choose that monitor over this one. They advertise this as a tactical gaming monitor. Variable refresh rate (freesync) is not recognized.

The inky blacks wonderful color and motion doesnt have the brightnessoversaturated look that has bothered me about lcd panel technology since i switched over from crt in 2007

The lgs abl auto brightness limiting is extremely annoying for general desktop use they may be saving the monitor with that but they are absolutely doing no favors for the users eyes

And even though my environment is decent for the oled no glarewindow behind quite frankly the panel does not consistently provide enough brightness enough for the setting
