The laces fit in the smaller eyelets of the boots. Now, i have laces that are actually tie-able. Without having to tighten so much it hurts!
The new balance shoestrings were worn out. They look good and were inexpensive. They are durable enough to last for many years.

After using them a relatively short time i noticed that the original laces were stretchy but too large for the lace holes and therefore were being torn apart from the stress
