Purchased 16 eneloop batteries. Reliable and robust. Great product but the weight weighs on you throughout the day.

As a professional photographer, no need to worry about switching out batteries. I use high-speed syc a lot and have to shoot at full power. I recommend this setup for light travel.
Cons
It's heavy, bulky and would never work well for weddings with all of the other heavy items (that are needed) that i'm toting those long days.
