Very easy to install and use turn on the power after installation cut the meat you need to be chopped into small pieces and slowly put it in no need to leave the meat for 1 second the meat is very even when you use it turn off the power

The grinder is rated at 350w it may reach 1200w when it’s heated up though that’s something else

And this is where the main issue with the machine is using it for 1015 minutes continuous for sausage making will heat it up a lot this is due to the fact that the heat builds up inside and it has vents only at the bottom the feet are short therefore it can get really hot which isn’t ideal for the motor

The machine itself is marketed as a meat grinder the sausage making function is pretty much an extra therefore it shouldn’t be held against it
