Pros
Strong heating, sturdy build, and awesome magnetic stirring. The magnetic stir feature is well tuned and works well. I use it multiple times a week and it's had it's bumps and spills.

A nice laboratory one can cost well over a thousand dollars
Very satisfied only used a handful of times but it works and its affordable
Invest the extra bit of and at least get this
It is worth more than what you are paying in my opinion

As others have said at this price point you get what you pay for temp is very hard to dial in but spinner is very reliable

The heat plate has to be on a pretty decent way to start heating and it heats up very fast i bought a temp gun to monitor it so i’d have more accuracy

The lowest i could get it was like 175f before it would stop heating all together

I have to use a measuring glass because my media bottles are inverted on the bottom and the magnetic stir bars won’t work unless they’re in the middle

If you’re doing electroplating go ahead and get this otherwise you’ll be going from a hot plate to your magnetic stirrer
