The fuel is shipped seperately. The only issue is it's hard to get the biofuel into the bins without and spilling it. I recommend getting a long funnel so it makes refueling easier.

Love this fireplace, very easy to hang and lightweight. It is very light so i should have no problem mounting this without the help of my husband. The screws it comes with are just fine, and hung it with the hardware it came with.

Functionality is as expected and it gets so hot you can't touch the top of the unit! It brings my kitchen temperature up at least 10 degrees. Raises my small living rm temp by 3-5 degrees.

The fire is silent, absolutely, completely silent with no hiss from pressurized gas.

It is the perfect size for our sitting space, gives off just enough heat and it makes the ambience cozy, romantic, and warm. It looks very chic and would go with any type of decor.
