Most g8s that you see advertised and not the minis but end up being about 14 to 38 too long and impossible to fit into a puck and then allow the uv filter to close properly

Just be sure you know the distance between the metal contacts of the bulbs you need since that is part of the process of getting the right one

The title said lt less than 35mm however i didnt see that description instead i saw the glass part is 25 mm or 1 inch long total with glass part pins 33mm or 1
