Pros

Use a little senna every day to soften stool, and/or intake more leafy greens like spinach. I do these combined with a topical musk cream and avatrol supplement, and it works every time. Both do and very soothing.

I often use a latex glove as well – that allows me to easily slip it off. It is extremely cold and takes a couple of minutes to settle into the feeling that occurs when you have an ice cube up your *.

Actually, this nifty little device seems to be working. Highly recommended. This is the only thing that has helped.

I never write a review however i feel so thankful for this product it saved me from horrific hemorrhoid surgery and pain. Love this product.

Cons

There is but one cylinder shape on top of the base, manufactured in one mold, as one piece. The seller states that it has a sanitary container for the freezer.
