Pros

Price is what caught my attention. It is brighter than daylight. And all those people selling batteries seem to conveniently forget to mention that. It also is a lot cheaper than the factory batteries.

Cons

Neither battery holds a charger, and the charger gives a failure indication. Dishonest, disreputable. Refuses to honor the warranty.
