The build quality seems pretty good but this is my second microphone because the cord frayed near where it connects to the pivoting point on the mic

Overall its a great sounding microphone with low background noise even with the omnidirectional version

Even though its omnidirectional having it paired with discord somone standing on the other side of my monitor doesnt pick up any noise at all

The connection from the adhesive patch to the actual microphone holds in place well due to a magnet and an interlocking zig zag pattern that keeps it from rotating freely

As long as i dont temper heavily with it or move around in obnoxious ways the microphone stays put
