Bowl connects into the base then rotates a little to stay attached. They are responsive and solved my inquiry immediately. It is dependable, honorable and responsive companies like alpine.

Cons

This may be the most disappointing thing i have ever purchased on amazon' 'complete junk and not cheap. Huge disappointment. Will never order from them again' 'very disappointed in this product.

It seems that a raccoon or fox, jumping on it can easily tip it over. Now it resides in a landfill somewhere.

Its lovely well packed so no chipsbreaks nice vintage detail i love it

Looks exactly like the pictures no surprises

It was packaged so well that arrived in perfect condition even though ceramic with extra accents of birds

The package wasnt damaged so i know its the birdbath itself
