My wife and i have slept in different rooms at home for at least 15 years because of my nightly snoring and snorting so when she planned a month long summer vacation with our two granddaughters i knew i had to do something to stop snoring since we were all going to be in the same motel room

I only wore it a few times but its way more comfortable than the mouthpiece previously tried that left me drooling and gagging not a good experiment that lasted only 3 nights and for only about 2 hours each night before i would give up

Make sure you know why you’re snoring this will only work for snoring caused by your jaw or mouth opening while sleeping
