I also have now replaced the other case fan as it was binding and last time i cleaned and restarted the system i had to spin that old unit up by hand to get it going

Btw if you are out of power socket on the cables harnessthis one has a pass thro option could plug another item in to the back of the plug from the fan

I am not finding it to be annoyingly loud even at high speed

note added having replaced both fans in the case of pc in system i built about three years ago next time i may go upmarket a bit and buy the ball bearing version at around 13 rather than 10this was a replacement for a supplementary fan inside a pc that i built
