However if you turn the device that this is plugged into off and back on it will not be recognized

You have to unplug the power and wait a few minutes before being able to plug it back in and have it be recognized

This product only runs on windows 98 i am running vista and windows 7 did damage to both computers i tried onstill have no sound on one worked on them both for hours and hours

While this may be an operating system error and not indicative of a fault with the unit it sure is frustrating
