The antec halo 6 led kit comes with a selfadhesive backing and it is quite sticky

I have had any issues with eye strain after a long day of move marathons ie the lord of the rings the motion picture trilogy the fellowship of the ring the two towers the return of the king extended editions bluray the colors really do seem more vibrant looking now with this
