Quality is good, looks are decent but generic (not complaining because that is what i wanted), and they produce air flow. They're noticable when running but not enough to be annoying and loud. They have 4-pin pwm and 4- pin rgb.

Lian li o11 dynamic evo case. Built my brothers bare minimum gaming pc and this item does the job. Used 10 in a mid tower. Ryzen 2700 oc to 3.

Seems unbeatable for the price, even with my makeshift screws. The rgb is also bright at least bright enough for me. My only complaint is i wish they put a hub other then that there great!

Fans cannot be linked together with a 3 pin connection. The screws they provide you are too short to actually mount the fans by * in through the front. They're self-tapping and too wide and actually shred the pre-drilled holes to pieces.

They max at sub 1000rpm and the rotation is very shaky. They have no indication as to which way the airflow is. Very low airflow even when putting 14v in instead of 12v.

Way too much power for a 12v fan. It moves very little air for a 120mm case fan with the hurricane fan blades. One month into ownership the bearings failed in one of the fans.
