Pros
The led lighting system is awesome. The farm is reusable. The light and magnifying glass make it very easy to see every ant at work.
Our only complaint is that there should be more holes in the lid.
Cons
I am so disappointed that this gift was a dud. The gel seems to collect too much moisture and become too gooey? The gel looks like it has melted or something.
They just huddle and die. We have to give them extra air all the time or they become lethargic and dont move. They don't even visit the tunnels, they just sit in a pile and come to life at the slightest lift of the lid.

It was super easy and cheap to purchase ants from suggested retailer also

Ordered ants and they came pretty fast all alive and started tunneling with hours
I sent evvivas customer service an email regarding the lights so im hoping to hear back from them soon
Com and when they arrived they quickly scurried about digging their first hole within a few hours
My base wouldn’t fit good into the actual ant farm i emailed them and they shipped a new one out immediately and it came within a day
