The chef wouldnt cook it any less i think he was afraid of anyone getting sick but with salmon you could eat it totally pink and be fine so instead they brought me a side of chicken that was very tasty

There isnt too much pasta options in the kearny mesa area as youd most likely have to head down to the gaslamp district for more options

The sautéed spinach was a little on the oily side this most recent time but ill blame my going on a holiday

Cucina basilico would be considered more of a trattoria family run versus a ristorante full service per italian expectations

While the trattoria had an oldworld feel about it low lighting was accented by dimly lit table top candles and the place was clean
