The anova seems very well made and functioned flawlessly out of the box. The design is very impressive and it works exactly as touted.
The most moist chicken you will ever eat. I choose this anova immersion sous vide cooker because i consider those apps superfluous and was happy to save the money. With this season it and it comes out perfect and moist.
Controls and setup is simple and straightforward. The time savings are well worth the price, especially if you're able to (as i did) find it at a discount. Got it for $100 with the coupon so far well worth it.

There's a little compartment that fits the power cords perfectly too! Cleaning is a breeze- remove the cap at the bottom and pull off the metal collar. Drill using a 2-3/4 hole dozer into one of the cup holder holes.
Cons
Anova has an auto-shutoff timer, which tripped us on the first run. It works for a while and then the fuse pops again. I'm not sure what vendor amazon used.

Ive enjoyed this product for over a year and i like it far better than the newer model
After that i did some tritip in a similar way but for just 24 hrs
It is a wellmade tool assuming it lasts

Only mine was a nice even medium rare all the way through which is almost impossible with an essentially coneshaped chunk of meat
