I got these cams 2 pack for basic security one works fine after reading these comments and learning the other must only be used as an ip cam with the ethernet cable plugged into the unit because wifi doesnt work at all so ill on day reconnect to the router and resetup to see if that fixes it but doubtful as i did that already

Tapping on the screen brings up all the settings icons at the top of the page and with a tap i have sound
