Cons
The process for resetting the password is the least user friendly experience. Why there is not a button inside the unit to reset the password, is just bad design.

I wrote them by email they answered me the next day asking me for the model the next day they sent me an email with the instructions step by step how to do the firmware upgrade

Even after purchasing a 2tb hard drive to install you still cant come close to finding a 6 camera hd cctv system at this price
