Pros

This flour works well making pasta and pizza dough. I tend to use this flour for recipes that really soar when used with finely ground flour -- pizza and pasta.

Great product & value for the money. Good price for the quantity of flour. Very fine texture.

It makes great pizza, as good as our pizzerias. Crisp and delicious pizza every time. A pizza peel is really useful to move the pizza around without burning myself trying to position it.

Cons

You get three bags that are extremely small. Will not buy it again, not worth it. Sadly, there's a no return policy - as there should be for food.
